Hello! I'm Chicken7. I believe Cities XL has a lot of potential, but isn't at its best right now. I think the single player is lacking many things, including a good trading system. If single player was better, I would probably end up signing up for the Planet Offer. I plan to increase notability, layout, presentation and important templates/pages first, then I will focus on content. I'm an administrator and/or 'crat on numerous other wikis and am glad to help here too.

[edit] Letter about the Wiki

Near the end of November, I sent a support ticket in to get official fansite status for the Wiki and also to request admin privileges. With these, the wiki can be improved greatly. What I wrote is below, for personal reference purposes.

Hello! I am a strong editor of Wikia, an online database that allows Wikis on many different topics. A wiki is an encyclopedia that anyone can edit, so is very fond of community. I would like to request that you add the Cities XL Wikia to the "Links" page.

The wiki may not be big and active right now, but with being linked to, it will have a large influx of users which will then allow it to grow and thrive. With Monte Cristo's support, the Wiki could be an alternative resource for guides and information on the game!

Another request is bureaucrat privileges on the Wiki. Philippe Da Silva was the creator of the wiki, so he is the only one allowed to make software changes to it. I have admin and 'crat status on 3 other wikis and years of experience. By giving me these rights, I am able to change the skin, various links, remove vandalism and clean it up. These rights will make it much easier to improve the wiki. If you could please get Philippe (the creator of the wiki) to give me these rights, it'd help greatly!
