The small Road in Cities XL is the smallest asphalt road and is traditionally used in smaller density neighborhoods. Can be upgraded to a one-way street, or converted into a Small Farm road. Capacity: 20 cars/min.
NEXL allows Small roads to receive bicycle lanes, and also to be turned into Bicycle Paths, where only bicycles and pedestrians are allowed (and no cars).
