Trams are one of the key components of the NEXL mod.
These will allow your citizens to travel around your city on tram routes.
Features
- Normal roads will be up and downgrade-able to tram roads through the normal up and downgrade panel
- The tram line can be either
- the only permitted traffic on that road, or
- simply occupy a central lane
- Not all roads, for example highways will allow tram tracks
- At the moment, a road will not be able to have both tram routes and bike paths on it.
- Tram tracks are located within the new transport menu that is delivered by NEXL
- Laying a track for trams is only the first step - you must then assign trams to run along your tram tracks in the lines that you choose
