Leisure is a form of satisfaction and is required by Citizens of all wealth levels (the wealthier people need more variety). In order to fulfill satisfaction, one must provide both Sports Leisure and Cultural Leisure. These buildings range from the Basketball Court (for sports leisure) and Ferris Wheel (for cultural leisure) all the way to the Tennis court and Panoramic Restaurant respectively.
